Your Own Private Oceanfront Living

The Timbers Kiawah Ocean Club and Residences is the first ever oceanfront Private Residence Club to be built on Kiawah Island. This remarkable development artfully integrates coastal design principles with sophisticated living, creating an exclusive sanctuary for those seeking a profound connection to the natural environment. Comprising a collection of contemporary residences, each unit offers private access to immaculate beaches, premier golf courses, and scenic parks and trails, inviting residents to engage with the breathtaking landscape that envelops them. The architectural expression captures the island's coastal essence, utilizing natural materials and expansive, light-filled spaces that resonate with the surrounding topography. The Residences at the Little Nell

Paying Homage

The Residences at the Little Nell complex is designed to replace an entire downtown block of older, nondescript commercial and residential structures that were built over the entire period of Aspen’s development as a destination resort. As an infill project in a high profile area, the complex needs to convey the elegance appropriate to a world-class resort, while still paying homage to the mining history of the site.

Hotel Aspen

Luxury Upgrade

Poss was tapped by owner Haymax Capital Group to design the ground-up reboot of the Hotel Aspen on Main Street in Aspen, Colorado. The project includes an overall upgrade to the property, which features luxury residences, fine dining and outdoor pool areas. Poss is collaborating with the interior design firm LMD of Austin, Texas on the hotel interiors.

Roaring Fork Club

More Than a Golf Club

Navigating the natural grade along the Roaring Fork River at the top of the Rocky Mountains, this Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course is rare among private clubs. The club’s 282 acres are rich in history and memories of early settlers: of ranching and log structures. The club structures are designed to resemble their environment with large hand-hewn timbers, spacious outdoor porches and native stone chimneys. The Roaring Fork Club features 45 member’s cabins. Twenty-five of the cabins are individually owned, with the remaining twenty structured in a fractional ownership program. Each cabin also includes extensive timber framed porches to invite residents outside to sit and view the course or to enjoy an evening fire.

Set amidst the breathtaking landscape of Big Sky, Montana, The Inn Residences at Montage Big Sky offers a refined mountain retreat, meticulously designed to capture the essence of alpine luxury. The Inn features 50 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and 25 exclusive timeshare residences, alongside premier amenities to provide a retreat where guests and owners alike can experience the unparalleled beauty of the Spanish Peaks region. The design thoughtfully blends rustic mountain charm with contemporary elegance. Each guest suite and residence are crafted with spacious layouts, warm, refined finishes, and floor-to-ceiling views, establishing the atmosphere of a private mountain hideaway. Key resort amenities include an après ski bar and outdoor terraces equipped with hot tubs and fire pits, fostering a warm, social environment for gathering after a day on the slopes.

Hotel Jerome

Preserving the Heritage

The Hotel Jerome has and an illustrious past and a prominent presence in the heart of Aspen. Poss was selected to submit a proposal for a five star renovation of the historic hotel. The design focused on preserving the heritage of the hotel while incorporating contemporary elegance. The project outlined complete interior renovation, guest rooms, the addition of a presidential suite, revamping of the terrace and spa, and an upgrade of the restaurant area.
