Paying Homage
The Residences at the Little Nell complex is designed to replace an entire downtown block of older, nondescript commercial and residential structures that were built over the entire period of Aspen’s development as a destination resort. As an infill project in a high profile area, the complex needs to convey the elegance appropriate to a world-class resort, while still paying homage to the mining history of the site.
