Spacious Design
This unique single-family home, perched over the Roaring Fork River, was a complete interior and exterior remodel transformation. Poss Architecture + Planning and Interior Design, along with designer Lynni Hutton, created an open loft-like feel by relocating the stairway and reconfiguring the upper level’s layout. New exterior materials include Western red cedar siding. Interior furnishings and finishes were carefully selected to highlight the airy design.
