Iconic Landmark

Located one block from the gondola on the highly traveled corner of Hunter Street and Cooper Avenue is the iconic building formerly known as Boogie's Diner. This high-end location was an ideal space for retail and restaurant establishments. It contains over 16,000 square feet of conditioned space, with 12,000 square feet divided between the ground and upper floors. The building has been designed around the majority of the existing structure, with a heavy emphasis on minimizing the cost of structural redesign. This building reflects the historic vernacular of the downtown core while still giving it some contemporary flair. Steel makes up the majority of the building’s ornamentation, where wood would historically have been used. The percentage of glazing was maximized as much as possible for display windows and views into and out of the building. The upper-level windows were increased as much as possible to allow for stunning views of the mountains surrounding the city.
