Roaring Fork Club Cabins

An Idyllic Expansion

Nestled amidst the breathtaking landscape of aspen and spruce trees, the new Roaring Fork Cabins project is a captivating addition to The Roaring Fork Club, situated directly along the fairway of the club's renowned Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. Evoking the charm of traditional Colorado mountain cabins, these homes feature log siding, vertical board-and-batten fir siding, true dry-stack natural fieldstone, and striking corrugated metal roofs on the exterior porches.

The project is a harmonious blend of classic mountain aesthetics and modern design principles. The 18-hole golf course and residences, initially developed in 1999, have become a hallmark of the club's commitment to excellence. Located on both the north and south sides of Highway 82, east of downtown Basalt, the new expansion focuses exclusively on the north side of the highway.

Surrounded by the serene beauty of the natural environment, the Roaring Fork Cabins offer a unique living experience that seamlessly integrates with the surrounding landscape. The cabins are not merely structures but a testament to thoughtful design, marrying the allure of the outdoors with the comfort of traditional Colorado mountain living. As the project expands the Club's footprint, it not only preserves the environmental legacy of the nationally recognized institution but also provides residents with an idyllic retreat in the heart of the Rocky Mountains
