Regina Garcia
Senior Associate | Senior Interior Designer
A native of Wyoming, Regina spent many years exploring the western region. Just out of high school, she spent a summer touring 25 states of the lower south playing violin for a small Jazz Orchestra. Experiencing the old south and historic homes inspired her interior design path. A few years after graduating from The Colorado Institute of Art, with her husband and two small children, Regina relocated to Charleston, South Carolina.
The Low Country will always hold a special place of award-winning and nationally published projects which yielded wonderful clients she now calls personal friends. Having the privilege of working on projects with clientele from all over the world, this not only motivated her to soak in their cultural views, but it also continually inspired her to seek design experiences through connections and travel.
As a principal of her own luxury interior design firm for 23 years, she is excited for this next chapter, collaborating with a team of esteemed colleagues. With her demonstrated portfolio of historic preservations, remodeling, new construction, and full-service interior design, she is looking forward to creating lifestyles that reflect their client’s vision and the relationship it has to nature.
Although she is happy to be back in the milieu of where she was raised, she will miss the mango sunsets, painted canvas marsh views of the low country, but not necessarily the pluff mud. Adapting to a change of clothing, she is excited to be back in the valley of mountains and hiking trails yet to explore with her husband and their two dogs.
