Before joining Poss, Wade held leadership roles at Jviation (a Woolpert Company), Gordon Development, Shorewood Real Estate, and other organizations across the real estate, construction, and technology sectors. He brings deep expertise in FP&A, P&L management, contract negotiation, and team development.
While finance is his first love, Wade is equally passionate about music, outdoor adventure, and community service—approaching every endeavor with integrity, accountability, and heart.
