With almost 15 years of experience in design and project management of large-scale commercial and residential projects, Patrick brings a wealth of expertise to the table. He hails from Kansas City, MO, and holds a Master of Architecture degree, specializing in Sustainable Architecture, from Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS.
Patrick's professional background includes serving as a project architect and assistant project manager at TK Architects Kansas City, MO, where he was responsible for managing a wide range of project budgets, ranging from $500,000 to $24 million. He has worked in various regions of the United States, as well as in Beijing, China, and Seoul, South Korea.
Patrick's recent residential projects include the VanVoorhis residence and the Lazy Chair Lot 3 Residence in Aspen, CO. As a Project Manager he helped execute the design for Spanish Peak Pool Grill in Big Sky, MT, and is also currently overseeing the remodel of the Maroon Creek Club and the Stranahan’s Tasting Room in Aspen, CO. Patrick is based in our Carbondale office.
