Les holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Colorado and has successfully managed a wide range of projects, from single-family residences to the Hyatt Grand Aspen Hotel, and the 270,000 sq. ft. MCI office building in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
He has led numerous projects, including the award-winning Leff and Goldberg Residences, the AIA award-winning Sunset Ridge project in Telluride, the Maroon Creek Club development project, as well as the Piano Creek Ranch Golf and Fishing Resort in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
Mr. Rosenstein has also served as a member of the design review board for the Aspen Junction subdivision for the past 18 years. His professional background includes working as Project Manager for J.R. Wheeler and Associates, Director of Operations for Kirkham Michael and Associates, and Managing Partner in Charge of the Residences at The Little Nell.
