Kip received his Bachelor of Architecture in 1984 from The University of Tennessee and joined Hart Freeland Roberts in Nashville as a draftsmen and job captain. While with HFR, Kip gained valuable experience in detailing and construction of large projects such as hospitals, high-rise office buildings and schools.
Kip moved to Aspen to ski and enjoy the mountain life. He joined Poss Architecture + Planning and Interior Design in the summer of 1990. Kip has successfully completed many projects over the years, including large custom homes, multi-unit townhomes and commercial projects. Kip’s commitment to making the client’s vision a reality, his attention to detail and client service make him a valuable member of the Poss Architecture + Planning and Interior Design team.
