Kim Weil, a Principal at Poss Architecture + Planning and Interior Design, has been an integral part of the firm for over 30 years. Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in shaping the firm’s reputation for excellence, contributing his expertise across a wide range of project types.

Kim brings vast experience across multiple disciplines, allowing him to seamlessly adapt to the unique demands of each project. He has an uncanny ability to take on multiple roles, ensuring that every aspect of a project is meticulously executed. His expertise extends to coordinating the input of numerous consultants—both aesthetic and technical—integrating diverse perspectives into a cohesive, finished design.

Since obtaining his master’s degree in architecture from the University of Colorado in 1980, Kim has amassed extensive experience in all facets of architecture. His portfolio includes single-family residences, townhomes, condominiums, retail and commercial projects, hotels, and medical and educational facilities. His ability to balance functionality, aesthetics, and technical precision has been instrumental in delivering high-quality, innovative designs throughout his career.
