Kevin Morley

Kevin Morley holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Idaho and joined Poss Architecture + Planning and Interior Design in 2005. He is deeply committed to regionally inspired architecture, using each site to foster a meaningful connection between the built environment and its natural surroundings. Kevin is known for his attention to detail, particularly in creating a sense of permanence and historical reference that grounds each design in its place.
His diverse work experience has provided him with a broad range of construction methods, architectural styles and variety of architectural, and planning design experience. Notable projects include the Snowmass Center Redevelopment in Snowmass Village, CO; the Lodge on Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC; Clear W Ranch; the Inn at Spanish Peaks in Big Sky, MT; Hotel Aspen; Timbers Kiawah Ocean Club & Residences on Kiawah Island, SC; and the Zentana Conference Resort in Denver, CO. Through the design and construction of hundreds of projects both nationally and internationally, Kevin has gained valuable insight into innovative building technologies and project organization. He has a firm grasp on the processes needed to successfully prepare and manage projects of all types.
